「人老了，只能靠髮型吸睛！」66歲枋寮鄉民鄭錦福頂著一頭白髮卻能變化多端，每個月換不同造型，他自創鳥巢頭、避雷針頭等造型共有30多種，騎著單車向大家展示，逗得鄉親哈哈大笑，他也樂此不疲。

鄭錦福家住枋寮天時村，早年在海軍陸戰隊服役練就一身精壯體態，退伍後從事潛水工程，負責海下清淤、設置海下管線等作業，曬得皮膚黝黑，也突顯他滿頭白髮。他笑著說，年輕時頭髮就少年白，村內人都稱他「白毛」，不想與眾不同長期染髮，但年老後認為染髮傷身，可能因為臉皮厚了，想弄點造型吸引大家注意，為此不斷變換髮型，逗得街坊鄰居捧腹大笑。

鄭錦福說，特殊髮型讓他與寶貝孫子更親密，某次看到孫子在把玩小鳥玩偶，突發奇想向他說「爺爺幫你的小鳥做個巢」，就用吹風機和梳子弄了半天，吹出鳥巢頭，讓孫子玩具住在裡面，走到哪玩到哪，金孫相當開心。
